All-beef frank wrapped in thick-cut bacon, grilled crispy. Caramelized onions, serrano peppers, house mustard. The one that started it all.

Bacon-wrapped dog on a toasted bolillo bun. Pinto beans, diced tomato, raw onion, jalapeno crema, yellow mustard. Southwest soul food.

The Maple Crunch

Candied maple bacon over a grilled dog. Brioche bun, sharp cheddar, pickled jalapenos. Sweet meets heat.
